Luna Flats
Luna Flats is the development project of one of our existing clients, Echo Company Constructors. It is an 18-unit condominium building located in the heart of the Edgewood neighborhood of Lakewood, Colo., designed as a prime investment opportunity for entry-level homebuyers.
As the Luna Flats development project began to take shape, Echo Company reached out to us for help building a website that they and their realtor could use to help promote and sell each of the individual condos inside the development. We worked with the Echo Company team to streamline the lead flow and create a super-modern, on-trend website that showcases not only the units themselves, but also everything from the floor plans and appliance packages to the history of the Edgewood neighborhood itself.
We drew upon the existing branding that Luna Flats had already created and utilized in its print materials, and we married the sleek black and gold color palette with the old-timey look and feel of their historical photos of the Edgewood neighborhood.
