Where We Stand on AI
Every week, a client takes something we sent them, runs it through ChatGPT, and sends back questions. I get it. If I were on your side of the table, I'd probably do the same thing. So rather than answer it one email at a time, here's where we actually stand. We use AI where it makes your marketing better. It's optimizing bids and budgets in real time. It's adapting creative across formats. It's crunching campaign data in minutes so our team spends their time on what to do next, not on spreadsheets. The big ad platforms have run on machine learning for years. None of this is new. It's just newly visible. Here's where we don't use it. Your strategy comes from a person who knows your business. When you book a call with us, a person is there to speak with you. And nothing goes out the door without a human who's accountable for it. If something misses, we own it and fix it. "The AI did it" will never be the answer you hear from us. One thing worth knowing about AI: ask it the same question twice and you'll get two different answers. That's not a knock on it. It's just what it is. And it's why the answer still needs a person behind it. So bring us the ChatGPT answer. We'll walk through it with you, no eye-rolls. Just tell us what you're trying to figure out, because that context is what turns an AI answer into a business decision. AI makes us faster. More importantly, it limits the busy work and lets us focus on the important human aspects of marketing.
