No. We work alongside your existing agency (or Eighty6), team, and vendors to keep everything aligned, prioritized, and moving. Our role is to lead from within — not to replace execution resources.
While it’s preferred, the answer is no. While many advisory clients work with Eighty6, this service is independent. We’re vendor-agnostic — we’ll work with whoever you already trust, or help you source the right partners.
We review your business data (marketing, sales, vendor progress), refine your marketing roadmap, and work through priority challenges. We also map out any new systems or processes needed and coordinate next steps with your vendors or team.
No. We advise, map, and oversee. If something needs to be built (CRM, dashboard, content, automations), we’ll help you scope the work and either bring in Eighty6 or help you select and manage the right vendor.
You’ll have access to us via Slack, plus we provide up to 1 hour per week of vendor communication to keep projects moving. All major decisions and roadmap updates happen during our on-site sessions.
