Turning Point Community Services
Turning Point Community Services, Inc., has been devotedly serving women and their families in the Essex County, New Jersey, area since 2002. They are focused on establishing programs to eliminate the causes of homelessness and abuse.
Back in 2018, the agency was having difficulty conveying their vision and services through their website, so we worked with them to establish their brand identity and the messaging behind it. Together we created not only a new website but also an e-commerce platform that opened up a new revenue stream for the agency by allowing them to sell goods that are handmade by the individuals they serve.
Then, in 2021, we modernized the site and gave it a fresh look that is inspired by the interior design of their facilities. We also streamlined their messaging even further; made it simpler for users to get help and give help; and even set up a web-based platform to support the organization’s annual holiday Adopt-a-Family gift-giving initiative.
