75 Orient Way is a commercial office building located in the central business district of Rutherford, N.J. They tasked us with creating a website, video and booklet that show off the building’s premier location in relation to the major highways and public transportation. The website acts as a resource for potential tenants and visitors to the building to find local restaurants, transportation options and its walkability score.
